A new version of the illegal clauses register has been launched on the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection’s website. It has an updated layout and functional searcher.
Thanks to these, it is easier to find a clause on the basis of its entry date or court. The register also includes justification for chosen clauses. The provisions have been classified in groups corresponding with the Civil Code.
The register will be maintained until 2026.
