The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has made a decision to set up a joint venture by UNIQA Ventures GmbH and other Austrian companies. The new entity will invest in startups.
This assumes the merger of the Austrian companies: UNIQA Ventures GmbH, Elevator Ventures Beteiligungs GmbH, Speedinvest GmbH and Speedinvest Founder Holding GmbH & Co KG.
The new established joint venture will run activity in the scope of venture capital investments in startups.
