Jarosław Matusiewicz the CEO of the UNIQA insurance company has showed plans which will be implemented in the company’s business model.
A principal change contains the transformation of the claim settlement system. The plan assumed that clients will be supported by one person in each case and stage of communication with the insurer. So a client will have their own customer service assistant who will help him during policy purchase and claims settlement.
