The new version of the bill of insurance distribution was published. The newest project includes amendments which were introduced during the meeting of the financial institutions commission on 12 October.
In comparison to the latest version of the bill, several amendments were introduced mainly by the legislative office in the chancellery of the Polish Parliament. A change of the amount of articles is the most noticeable. As a consequence of this the bill was decreased by two articles.
Also, a new definition of ‘a person who seeks insurance protection’ was added in the bill’s dictionary.
