The Ministry of Justice do not plan to increase penalties for insurance crime – the ministry has written in answer to on MP’s question in the case of MTPL price increases.
Marzena Machałek, a member of the Polish Parliament, asked the question about the number of fake insurance claims in the last three years and about plans to increase penalties for these crimes. The request was addressed to the Justice Ministry and the Interior and Administration Ministry (MSWiA).
