The Ministry of Digital Affairs withholdes insight in CEPiK data from insurance companies

On the 7th of the September 2017 Karol Manys, a spokesperson of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, informed that the department does not expect any changes in regulations giving insurance companies access to the Central Records of Vehicles and Drivers (CEPiK) data and right to verify the number of penalty points of potential customers.
