On 14 January 2019 Saltus TUW, Mutuelle Assurance des Commercants et Industriels de France et des cadres et salariés de l’Industrie et du Commerce and Mutavie Société Européenne signed an agreement to take over part of Macif Życie TUW’s shares by Saltus TUW. The transaction has to be approved by the Polish financial watchdog.
“We are thankful to our French partners for their decision. In this way Macif Życie TUW will become a part of the Polish mutual insurance sector. The connection of our capital power, competences and experience will make it possible to offer clients modern and beneficial insurance products”, said Grzegorz Buczkowski, vicepresident of Saltus TUW board.
