The news service rmf24 has reported that Małgorzata Sadurska, who had worked in the Presidential Palace before becoming deputy CEO of PZU insurance group and member of the management board of life and non-life insurance companies of PZU, does not receive a salary.
According to journalists, she has given up her salary rights because of the fact that the company is working on new rules concerning board members’ salaries. Also the agency said that Małgorzata Sadurska is responsible for the real estate office, bancassurance and cooperation with other state-owned companies. She is going to take responsibility for PZU’s foreign companies in Ukraine, Latvia, Romania and Sweden.
Małgorzata Sadurska was appointed as a management board member of PZU on June 13 (read more: Sadurska is the new PZU Życie Management Board Member).
