PZU has launched FMS – the antifraud system. Due to this solution the PZU antifraud protection will improve by 50%.
Fraudsters run their activity in a new way. They are coordinated and well planned. They want to steal money not only from insurance companies but also from their clients.
“Time is key in the process of counteracting abuses. Our system starts its work when a client reports damage”, said Bartłomiej Litwińczuk, a PZU Życie board member. The system supports also counteract abuses made by the insurer’s employees.
