The insurance group PZU expects to pay ca. PLN 787 mln gross for leasing new interim headquarters in a Warsaw office building from Skanska group for a period of ten years, while also shouldering some PLN 65 mln in costs related to relocation, PZU said in a market filing.
The deal follows a relevant LoI (letter of intent) signed with Skanska group earlier this year.
The costs may change with respect to some final arrangements by up to 5%of the total value of the lease agreement, PZU added.
Back in February, PZU said it expected its staff to move to the interim headquarters in Q2 2022.
The building to be leased from Skanska is scheduled for completion in Q1 2021, according to PZU’s press statement from February.
