At the beginning of 2018 PZU announced its new strategy. One of its aims is to increase the number of insurer agents acting in the ‘Agent 2.0’ standard.
Currently 1,298 agent offices are managed in PZU’s franchise model. This type of business can be used only by PZU exclusive agents. The insurer plans to launch 100 new agent offices in this year.
PZU offers a lot of benefits for franchisees to encourage agents towards exclusive cooperation. They can expect an attractive provision system or obtain a quarterly bonus. Additionally PZU decorates offices in accordance with the insurer’s standards and meets the expenses incurred.
