PZU: Consent of the UOKiK to the acquisition of shares of Bank Pekao S.A.

The Management Board of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna announced that on 7 April 2017 PZU obtained information that the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office had granted unconditional consent to the concentration, in the form of acquisition of a block of shares, in Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.
