The Polish mobile operator Polkomtel announced a new display insurance for its Plus Mix customers. The basic plan provides coverage for handset or tablet display damage, up to PLN 700 within a 12 months.
For an additional fee, customers can get a replacement device during the repair period.
The Mix Display Service is offered free for the first month and then costs PLN 7 for 30 days. The service is provided by the company Digital Care, which also handles general device repairs and provides a technical assistance support line.
