Mariusz Golecki has become the Financial Ombudsman. The monitoring of modern financial services (such as cryptocurrency) and client support in disputes with banks will be the biggest challenges for him in this positon.
“In the insurance segment we will try to prevent a repeat of problems which are similar to unit-linked insurance product owners. It is important to ensure further support to appropriate claims settlement in the motor insurance sector and TPL”, says Golecki.
He stated that it is significant to educate people and teach them to make rational financial decisions.
