On 3 November 2017, the Supervisory Board of POLISH Re appointed Jacek Kugacz to the position of the CEO and President of the Management Board of POLISH Re.
Jacek Kugacz has been working for POLISH Re since September 1996, when the Company was established. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, he had been responsible for underwriting and retrocession. He also serves as the Chairman of the Reinsurance Subcommittee in the Polish Insurance Association.
The appointment to the President of the Management Board is subject to the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
