ERGO Hestia has provided its customers with a tool for independent motor vehicle damage valuation using artificial intelligence.
When the damage is reported, photo documentation is analysed and vehicle damage is verified. This facilitates and accelerates the process of granting compensation.
How to use the tool? Immediately after reporting the damage, the customer receives an individual link to the application. The injured person sends photos of the damaged vehicle. Based on the VIN number the vehicle is identified by technology and then the proposed amount of compensation is calculated. The size, type, location and qualification of the damage is determined. The calculated compensation proposal is then presented to the customer.
