New products have appeared in the offer of the German insurtech Wefox: assistance packages prepared by Europ Assistance Polska in cooperation with Unext, insurtech’s partner.
Customers will have the possibility to get support under motor, home, and medical assistance.
The motor assistance will be available in four variants. According to the selected option, customers will receive assistance on the road, towing after an accident or breakdown, rental of a replacement car, and many other benefits, such as fuel delivery, hotel accommodation, or provision of an interpreter. In the basic variant, the protection will cover incidents that occurred in Poland. In other variants, the scope of cover will include the whole territory of Europe.
Within the framework of the housing insurance, in case of a breakdown in the place of residence, the customers have guaranteed assistance of a plumber, electrician, locksmith, and a specialist in repairs of audio/video devices, household appliances, and PCs. If, as a result of damage, the property is no longer fit for habitation, the insured persons will be transported to a hotel and accommodated there.
Medical assistance is a part of housing and motor insurance. In the event of an accident or sudden illness, customers will be able to count on a doctor’s visit at home, a nurse’s visit, nursing care after hospitalization, delivery of medicines or medical transport, or organization of physiotherapy. Through the 24-hour medical hotline, customers can consult a doctor about their health condition.
