The insurer has extended their D&O insurance offer. Until now, the offer had been directed exclusively to capital companies and cooperatives. Now the offer can also be used by foundations, associations and sports associations. The change is a response to market demand.
The second change concerns the professional liability insurance of managers. Until now, the Colonnade offer included insurance for people employed on the basis of a contract and running a business. The insurer withdrew from the second condition due to the needs reported by clients. Currently, the only requirement to obtain an offer is employment under a contract. Professional liability insurance for managers is also offered to natural persons who do not conduct business activities.
