The survey conducted for Mondial Assistance by IPSOS shows that in 2021, 3.14 million Poles took advantage of assistance services. This is a record result.
Over the last ten years, the awareness of the existence of assistance services has definitely increased, and the number of people who have used them has tripled.
In the past year, most random events that required assistance were related to car breakdowns – as much as 18 percent, second place was taken by breakges home – 15 percent and 10 percent of applications related to illness claims.
