On 4 December 2018 the 415th Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) meeting was held.
Poland’s top insurer PZU was fined PLN 0.9 mln by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority again. KNF imposed a financial penalty for delays in awards and payment of compensation and failure to fulfil reporting obligations in the years 2013-2015.
Moreover, the Authority became acquainted with information about the pension funds market situation in Q3 2018.
The next meeting is planned on 18 December.
