The 388th Financial Supervisory Authority meeting was held on 24 April 2018.
During the meeting the institution gave Janusz Władyczak consent to become the CEO of Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE). Read more: Janusz Władyczak is the President of KUKE.
Financial Supervision Authority approved the takeover of the Pekao OFE pension fund by its peer OFE PZU Złota Jesień. As a result of this decision, Pekao OFE will be dissolved and its assets transferred by October 12. The decision follows PZU takeover of lender Pekao BP. Polish law forbids one entity to hold ownership of stakes in more than one OFE pension fund.
The next meeting is on 15 May.
