The 378th Financial Supervisory Authority (KNF) meeting was held on 9 January.
The Authority gave Elżbieta Pacholczuk and Andrzej Grzycha consent to become the board members responsible for risk management. Pacholczuk will work in both insurance companies of BZ WBK-Aviva. Grzycha will become a Credit Agricole Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń board member.
KNF imposed financial penalties on:
- Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji „Warta” SA at the level of PLN 390,000.
- Gothaer Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń SA at the level of PLN 57,000.
The insurers were punished for delays in awards and payment of motor insurance compensation and failure to fulfil reporting obligations.
