UNIQA, the Polish insurer, has showed its strategy in the years 2019-2023. The company wants to maintain its leader position on the insurance products for housing cooperative market and simultaneously increase its market share and premiums.
“We insure 70% of domestic housing resources. We know our clients very well and have very good relations with them. We have come to the conclusion that we must change our approach to them. So we identified 3 types of clients and their needs. We have different strategical aims but the overriding goal is to put the client at the centre of our business. We also intend to become an employer who commits to his employees. UNIQA will transfer into an innovative firm which I understand as simplifying business processing and communication”, said Jarosław Matusiewicz, UNIQA CEO.
The new strategy of the insurer was accepted by its supervision board and announced to the company employees.
