Piotr Ożarek has taken over the function of spokesman for customers in PZU. His task will be to help in the most difficult issues for customers who are not satisfied with decisions.
The main task of the spokesperson is to conduct a constructive dialogue with clients in the most difficult cases. The spokesman analyzes the cases which go to him and tries to measure their handling. He deals with the most difficult cases which can’t be implemented according to standard procedures because they require the coordination of work in several offices or additional legal and expert opinions.
