PZU has started an employer branding campaign. The aim of this campaign is to encourage young people to take part in their recruitment process for internships.
The campaign is directed towards students who are looking for their first serious work, and graduates who have finished their studies recently and are now commencing their career. PZU relies on young, ambitious people who are focused on the accomplishment of their objectives.
The campaign lasts until 15 April. It includes activities in social media (Facebook, Instragram) and also advertisements in the Warsaw metro. PZU plans to take part in 12 job fairs and 10 academic events for students.
