The President of the Personal Data Protection Office has presented the plan of branch inspection in 2019. The Office wants to check data processing in the insurance sector. The Office’s inspection will be held in the scope of clients’ profiling.
As the Office explained, inspection areas are chosen on the basis of data owners’ complaints, in which they pointed out possibilities of data protection rules infringement.
