In December the supervision boards of Concordia companies were extended. The changes are connected with the acquisition of Concordia companies by Generali.
Until 15th June 2020 Andrea Simoncelli, current CEO of Generali Poland, will perform the function of the supervision board president of Concordia Capital S.A. and Concordia Poland TUW.
Additionally, the supervision board of Concordia Capital S.A. (life insurance company) will be extended by:
- Alicja Huczyńska – as a vicepresident and the representative of the company’s shareholder – Bank SGB S.A.,
- Krystyna Matysiak – as a vicepresident,
- Piotr Bułka,
- Arkadiusz Wiśniewski,
- Włodzimierz Komorowski – as an independent member.
Whereas the supervision board of Concordia Poland TUW (non-life insurance company) will be extended by:
- Rainer Langner – as a vicepresident and the representative of Vereinigte Hagelversicheung VVaG,
- Krystyna Matysiak – as a vicepresident,
- Robert Tórz – as the representative of the company’s shareholder – Bank SGB S.A.,
- Piotr Bułka,
- Arkadiusz Wiśniewski,
- Rafał Tokarz,
- Włodzimierz Komorowski – as an independent member.
