The third most popular insurance price comparison engine – Punkta – has joined forces with the BIK Serwis network. As a result, it has become a nationwide insurance agency, combining online and offline activities.
The changes are accompanied by rebranding and Punkta has presented a new logo and website. The online activity, i.e. the comparison of third-party liability/fully comprehensive insurance for passenger cars, motorcycles, and bicycles, as well as travel, home, health, and photovoltaic insurance products, together with the activity of the agent network, has been consolidated under one name. Through the Punkta.pl website, customers will be able to make video appointments with stationary agents.
After the introduced changes, 600 agents associated with BIK Serwis and 300 partners of the multiagency Profi Insurance, which BIK Serwis bought in May this year, will operate under the Punkt name. While serving customers online and traditionally, agents will be able to use a tool that allows them to compare not only the prices of policies but also insurance coverage.
