The UNIQA Supervision Board has approved the Board’s changes in the insurer’s organizational structure. The company has introduced a new scope of responsibilities for board members. Since the beginning of July Adam Łoziak has performed the duties of vicepresident for clients. Whereas Daniela Sotirovic became the board member for client support.
“We want to have end-to-end responsibility in our board. So we appointed new board members responsible for the full process of client winning and comprehensive services after sale”, explained Jarosław Matusiewicz, UNIQA CEO.
In the new structure, the company CEO Jarosław Matusiewicz manages issues connected with employment, communication and business development. Jakub Machnik, a vicepresident, is responsible for finance, business support, sales, security and risk management.
