PZU provides its customers with a unique solution in the Polish property insurance market. From now on, the insurer’s customers will be able to pay for all their policies with one common transfer.
The insurer’s unique initiative applies to the most popular policies, such as car, home, health, children, accident insurance and third party liability in private life. The offer consists of a subscription solution that will allow customers to spread all their premiums to be paid over 12 months and pay them in one common transfer once a month.
„Nowadays, it is important for customers to have a choice not only of insurance coverage, but also of the form of payment for it. Subscriptions are a unique solution on the insurance market, which is why in our campaign we encourage them to use this form of payment for PZU insurance” – said Michał Lutostański, director of the marketing office at PZU.
Before each payment, the insurer will send via email a link to a payment option: instant transfer, BLIK or card.
„We are meeting the expectations of our customers and providing them with a payment method they are used to, for example by mobile operators. Now, they will also be able to pay for insurance in a monthly subscription and make transfers conveniently from their cell phones, for example while riding the bus. Thanks to our solution, insurance premiums will no longer constitute a heavy burden on the household budget” – says Jakub Orlicz, Subscription Project Manager.
The promotion of the new payment system will last from 22 November to 22 December this year via the Internet, radio and press. Sigma Bis media house is responsible for the purchase of media as part of the marketing campaign. All campaign creations have been prepared internally by PZU.
