Listed insurer PZU will stick to its current dividend policy and vows to accelerate implementation of its strategy, the company said in a press statement.
„The dividend policy that has been presented to shareholders will be realized,” acting CEO Marcin Chludzinski was cited in the press statement as saying.
The press release is titled „PZU will accelerate realization of the strategy…”, but no mention of such acceleration is made further in the document, save for a mention that improved cooperation within and among company governing bodies „will increase effectiveness of PZU actions.” Beside that PZU said that it „will ensure a successful realization of the strategy to 2020.”
Top priorities will include „transactions and projects on the banking market.”
