Our aim is to fight those who commit tax fraud and avoid paying taxes and to protect those who pay their dues, PM Beata Szydlo declared on Tuesday at a joint conference with finance and justice ministers.
The prime minister stressed that „the money that is not paid to the state budget due to tax fraud is money that cannot be spent on matters important for us all – schools, healthcare and public tasks that the government is obliged to carry out”.
This has spurred the government, with a special role to be played by the finance minister and the justice minister, to prepare tangible solutions that will combat these irregularities, Beata Szydło added.
