On 31 October the merger of Concordia Capital and Generali Życie was finalized. It means that Generali acquired Concordia Capital and became the party of insurance agreements conducted by Concordia.

Generali purchased shares of both insurance companies of Concordia. Concordia’s clients will not have to take any action. Their agreements remain valid. Also insurance agents cooperating with Concordia were prepared for the merger. They can use support from Generali sale experts.
