The supervision board of Unum Życie TUiR S.A. has appointed Łukasz Świerczek to the insurer’s board. He will be responsible for legal issues and administration in the company.
Łukasz Świerczek has been connected with the company since 2009. In 2012 he became the Chief Compliance Officer. Three years later he took over the responsibility for the legal area as the Chief Legal Officer. In February 2016 he was chosen by the organization’s employees and partners to perform the function of the Ethics Officer. Moreover Świerczek supervised the ownership change in the scope of legal and administration.
