Warta Mobile – clients estimate damage to property by themselves
The application Warta Mobile to manage claim settlement by smartphone was extended by a new function. Thanks to the first mobile assistant on the Polish market clients can estimate the amount of compensation and receive it the same day. The application has been downloaded more than 70,000 times.
“Thanks to Warta Mobile we have launched new quality to the claim settlement process. Users have appreciated such elements as quick information exchange, carrying out a visual inspection of car damage by smartphone’s camera and informal language. To develop this device we launched a new function – estimating the amount of compensation by clients and payment within 24 hours”, said Adam Fulneczek, managing director in Warta.
Warta’s clients can indicate damaged elements of their car which have to be repaired and the degree of defects. The system estimates the amount of compensation. If the client accepts it, the compensation can be transferred within one day. Thanks to this solution, the process will be more effective. Also the claim settlement will be realized without an insurance expert’s activity.
“The new function of the Warta Mobile application shows that we are still working on practical resolutions which will improve the claim settlement process and also increase client service quality” added Adam Fulneczek.
