From June the police will have access to drivers database CEPiK 2.0
The Ministry of Digital Affairs has prepared an amendment to the Road Traffic Act. New regulations will provide the police data about drivers and cars which are available in the new version of CEPiK 2.0 (the Central Records of Vehicles and Drivers).
The amendment will mean that drivers will not be obliged to have their MTPL insurance policy and driving with them during a read traffic inspection.
The changes will come into force on 4 June 2018.
